This entry-level role involves examining public records to determine title conditions for commercial properties and preparing title commitments according to guidelines.

You may also abstract residential records as needed. We value customer service orientation and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property title. Copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property.

Entry level position. Projects undertaken are typically routine in nature and have shorter production times.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range: $17.69 - $23.56 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
