First American's GO Title division is seeking an entry-level Title Examiner to support global title and escrow processes. You will review public records, determine the legal condition of property titles, and prepare initial title commitments in line with procedural guidelines.

The role may involve abstracting records for residential properties, with a focus on accuracy and customer service. This remote position offers an hourly pay range and is ideal for individuals starting in the title/real

Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property title. Copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property.

Entry level position. Projects undertaken are typically routine in nature and have shorter production times.

Pay Range: $17.69 - $23.56 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
