Job summary

Randstad USA in Streetsboro, OH seeks a wiring professional for a full-time, on-site afternoon shift (Mon–Fri 5:00 AM–1:30 PM). You will read 3D models and assembly drawings to build frames, sub-assemblies and enclosures, installing cables and applying torque specs to meet quality standards.

Candidates need a High School Diploma or GED, blueprint reading experience, and proficiency with hand tools including wire crimpers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading blueprints or assembly drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools including wire crimpers.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, squat and handle small hardware for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret 3D models and drawings to assemble frames, sub-assemblies and enclosures.
• Install flexibar and power cables per product designs.
• Apply torque specifications accurately.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality standards.
• Report issues to leadership as needed.
