Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Wiring Lead to guide a manufacturing team in Colorado. This hands-on leadership role requires training, mentoring, and direct wiring/assembly work while maintaining strict safety standards.

You will read electrical drawings, ensure quality, and coordinate with engineers to meet schedules. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in electronic assembly or as an electrician’s apprentice, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in electronic assembly or as an electrician’s apprentice.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Reasonable understanding of basic electronic/electrical theory.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for hands-on assembly and troubleshooting.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily department production details and priorities.
• Oversee safety and quality, ensuring standards are met.
• Train and coach team members on project tasks as needed.
• Perform hands-on wiring and assembly using basic hand tools and PPE guidelines.
• Read electrical drawings to ensure accurate wiring and assembly execution.
• Adhere to manufacturing procedures and best practices.
• Understand cable sizing and secure terminations with correct ferrules and crimps.
• Support cross-functional teams and liaise with project engineers.
