Job summary

Prysmian Group in the United States is seeking a Wireway Associate to operate one or more production areas, producing sheet metal wireway parts per customer drawings or internal instructions.

You will set up machines, perform first piece inspections, conduct quality checks, operate shear, punch, press brake, spot welder, roll former and other equipment, use micrometers, assemble parts, and run a forklift. Safety and housekeeping are essential.

• Read and understand operations manuals and process drawings.
• Set up machines and perform first piece inspections.
• Perform quality inspections and operate fabrication equipment.
• Use measuring tools (micrometers, tape measures) and assemble parts.
• Operate a forklift and maintain a clean, safe work area.
