Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Wireline Operator to perform wireline duties at well sites and in the shop under direct supervision. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced oilfield environment.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a minimum of 6 months wireline operator experience, with the ability to pass ATF background checks and work collaboratively with the crew.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn basic oil well operations including rig types, BOP procedures, HSE guidelines under supervision.
• Prepare for jobs by assisting with tool maintenance and pre-/post-job checks.
• Assist rigging up/down wireline surface and downhole equipment.
• Assist in tool string make-ups and assembly of logging tools and perforating hardware.
• Maintain and clean downhole and surface logging equipment; pneumatic and explosive tooling.
• Perform duties at the well site and in the shop; drive company vehicles safely.
