Job summary

PRE-US is seeking a Wireless Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and staff development in Central, SC. The role focuses on meeting KPIs, coaching associates, and delivering onboarding and ongoing training across store locations.

You will conduct coaching sessions, handle escalated issues per carrier guidelines, and manage shift responsibilities. Travel between stores may be required; strong leadership and a proactive, customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
