Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) in Corpus Christi to drive sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll engage with customers not actively shopping and convert interactions into sales opportunities.

The role offers an opportunity for uncapped earnings through commissions, paid training, and weekly pay, with travel between stores as needed. Strong mentoring and leadership are essential for ongoing growth.

Sales Lead (Wireless Retail)

Overview

We are hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive sales performance, coach and develop sales associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Success in this position requires a proactive approach to customer engagement, consistently connecting with customers who are not actively shopping for wireless and turning those interactions into sales opportunities.

Pay & Perks

• $18-22 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5 to $8 in bonuses on top of starting wage

What You’ll Do

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check, where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
