Job summary

PRE-US in Canton, Texas is seeking a Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive personal sales goals, coach store teammates, and deliver onboarding and role-plays.

This full-time role offers hourly pay of $18–$22 plus unlimited commission, weekly pay, travel between store locations if needed, and benefits including health coverage, 401k, and PTO. Candidate should be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work flexible retail hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail is preferred
• Proven retail or B2C sales success
• Experience in training, coaching, or leading a small team
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required

Sales Lead (Wireless Retail)

Pay & Perks

• $18-22 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5 to $8 in bonuses on top of starting wage
