Job summary

PRE-US in Mountain View, California is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive store-level sales and mentor a small team of sales associates. You will meet and exceed KPIs, deliver onboarding and coaching, and travel between locations as needed.

The role requires self-motivation, strong communication, and a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends. Competitive pay with weekly payroll and commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail sales
• Proven retail or B2C sales success
• Experience training, coaching, or leading a small team of sales representatives

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required
