MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Wireless Construction Manager in Benicia, California. You will oversee all phases of telecom construction, lead field crews, ensure safety, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management
• 3-5 years of experience managing telecom construction projects
• Knowledge of Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of utility construction for telecom projects
• Lead a construction team to deliver high-quality work safely
• Manage projects to completion on time and within budget
• Schedule crews and supervise work performance
• Review progress against deadlines and contract requirements
• Participate in estimating, bidding, and change orders
• Coordinate with clients and senior management
