MasTec Communications Group is seeking a Wireless Construction Supervisor to oversee telecom construction projects in the Albuquerque area. You will lead field crews, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a tower technician or foreman.
• Knowledge of telecom construction industry (Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc.).
• Valid driver's license with MVR check and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction (Wireless and Tower construction).
• Lead by example and support the safety culture.
• Drive your team to meet deadlines and deliver quality projects.
• Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers.
• Gives direction to multiple crews and their job site activities.
