Job summary

Wireless Vision in Palm Bay, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative to represent the T-Mobile brand and assist customers with wireless needs. You will be part of a store team focused on meeting personal and company goals and delivering excellent service.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of retail or customer-focused experience, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to individuals visiting the Wireless Vision store, greeting customers and assessing their needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and optimizing existing accounts.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business and promote the brand inside and outside the store.
• Assist with all retail store functions in alignment with Wireless Vision policies and procedures.
• Work with management on opening, closing and operating the store, including cash handling and deposits.
