Job summary

Powercast Corp., based in Pittsburgh, seeks a Software Engineer to support multiple application and product lines, working with the engineering team to design software and integrate wireless technologies.

You'll develop software using Bluetooth, RFID, and Wi‑Fi, provide essential support for product releases, and contribute to internal tools and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of programming experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• Background knowledge of wireless protocols (Bluetooth and RFID).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering to design software for multiple products.
• Develop software using wireless technologies including Bluetooth, RFID and Wi‑Fi.
• Support product releases and post‑release maintenance.
