EchoStar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Boost Mobile team at our El Paso facility. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries, and promoting wireless services in a dynamic, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work full-time on-site
• Flexible to work shifts which can include evenings, weekends, or holidays

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of Boost Mobile, helping customers by resolving issues and promoting our services
• Maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories and pricing plans
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation, with a focus on one-call resolution
• Identify opportunities for improving customer service and efficiency by analyzing call trends and providing feedback
• Become an advocate for customer needs, providing solutions for technical issues and offering support to a diverse consumer base
