Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking an Assistant Wireless Store Manager (Sales Leader) to work closely with the Store Leader on floor operations, coaching and hitting sales targets.

You will sell alongside your team, mentor staff, manage shifts and stay current on AT&T promotions. Paid training provided; wireless experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years and a HS diploma or GED.
• Retail sales experience preferred (1 year).
• Leads or manages others for at least 2 years.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leader on daily operations, staffing and performance.
• Sell alongside the team and lead by example on every shift.
• Coach, train and mentor team members with real-time feedback.
• Help the team hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist with product launches, merchandising and store branding.
• Stay sharp on AT&T promotions, devices and wireless trends to teach others.
• Handle inventory, compliance and store-level problem solving.
• Represent BLW at community events to grow the customer base.
• Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and care.
