Russell Cellular is a Verizon Authorized Retailer seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive wireless sales at one of our locations. You will equip customers with wireless products and ensure an unmatched experience, while coaching staff to exceed store goals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns.
• Increase knowledge of telecom products and services.
• Observe and coach sales reps, ensuring top-tier customer service.
• Develop and monitor plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
• Prepare reviews with District Sales Manager approval.
• Lead new hire sales training and onboarding.
• Screen and interview job applicants; hire with approval.
• Manage shift scheduling and staffing needs.
