Crown Wireless Corp is seeking a Wireless Retail Store Manager for the Fort Smith area. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while managing a team of sales associates.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service management experience is required.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop employees.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at multiple locations.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with interactive devices and systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unforgettable customer experience every day.
• Drive store to achieve sales metrics and goals.
• Protect company assets and ensure operational compliance.
• Keep up to date on promos, price changes and policy updates.
• Sell Cricket Wireless plans, devices, accessories and high‑speed internet.
• Achieve and beat sales goals for phones, accessories, plans, add-ons, retention and autopay.
• Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead, coach and develop sales associates to improve results.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Recruit and onboard new team members and conduct staff meetings.
