Job summary

Connectivity Source, an authorized T-Mobile retailer in Fairfield, OH, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a busy retail environment.

You will coach staff, uphold operational standards, drive sales, and develop your team while representing CSNation and connectivity, with comprehensive training provided to help you succeed in a rapidly growing company.

Qualifications

• Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 18 years or older.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain store standards for inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment.
• Recruit, interview and retain a highly engaged sales team.
• Drive marketing efforts using avenues like social media, networking and outside events.
• Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound and take care of both employees and customers professionally.
