Connectivity Source |T-Mobile Authorized Retailer is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy team in a retail location. You will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and maintain store standards and operations.

You will coach, train and develop your team, recruit top performers, and ensure inventory, promotions, displays and safety policies are followed. A fast-growing, fun environment with advancement opportunities across hundreds of stores.

Qualifications

• Open work availability mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Background check may be performed during hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers
• Recruit, interview and retain a highly engaged sales team
• Drive marketing efforts using social media, networking and events
• Deliver exceptional sales results and manage store operations and customer care
