Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking a dynamic store leader in the United States to coach and develop a high-performing sales team in the wireless retail space. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences while achieving sales goals across 5G products.

You will manage day-to-day operations, recruit and retain staff, and drive marketing efforts to maximize store performance, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive all-in pay including bonuses.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and retain a highly engaged sales team.
• Drive marketing efforts using social media, networking and outside events.
