Arch Telecom is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-energy team in our New York store. You’ll drive sales, streamline store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on coaching and product demonstrations.

You’ll leverage wireless sales expertise, motivate staff, and build strong relationships with customers to uncover needs and provide tailored solutions. A dynamic, energetic culture awaits at Arch Telecom.

Qualifications

• Leadership and motivational skills to lead a retail team.
• Competitive drive and sales focus.
• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Prior wireless sales experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to meet or exceed sales goals and oversee store functions.
• Demonstrate product knowledge with hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Develop relationships with customers, uncover needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Coordinate trainings, onboarding and coaching for store staff across channels.
• Identify and hand off small business leads and support store initiatives.
