Your Wireless Inc. in Waterford, CT is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a customer-focused sales team in a fast-paced premium retailer environment. You will support the Store Manager, hire and schedule staff, coach for KPI attainment, and ensure store operations align with company guidelines.

The role offers a $50k+ base with commissions and a clear path for growth. Flexible schedule, 401k, healthcare, and paid time off are provided, with opportunities to win prizes through sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a retail leadership role, preferably in wireless retail.
• Proven sales performance and ability to lead a team.
• Eligible to work in the United States; willing to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in creating a positive, customer-focused environment.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and supervising sales staff.
• Help meet personal and store KPIs and sales goals.
• Coach team daily to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop team skills and prepare for career advancement.
• Ensure store operates per Verizon Wireless and Your Wireless guidelines.
• Assist in promotions, inventory procedures, and daily operations.
• Lead by example with professional and ethical behavior.
• Act as Store Manager on duty when needed.
