Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, seeks a dynamic Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, inspire the sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a high-performing team of wireless consultants, drive revenue, and ensure smooth store operations while maintaining a welcoming environment and top-tier service for customers.

Qualifications

• Retail wireless sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
• Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
