Job summary

Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help customers select devices, plans, and accessories while building strong relationships and meeting sales goals.

Base compensation includes an hourly rate with uncapped commissions; bilingual (Spanish) candidates receive a higher base rate. The role offers comprehensive benefits, advancement opportunities, and ongoing training to stay current

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and services.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
