Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales of wireless devices and services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Develop opportunities through in-store promotions and community events with marketing.
• Reach out to customers for additional sales opportunities by phone.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services and demonstrate capabilities.
