Russell Cellular is a Verizon Authorized Retailer seeking a Wireless Specialist to build relationships with customers and identify their wireless needs. You will deliver individualized service and help customers choose phones, plans, and accessories while upholding our core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services to the general public while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
• Develop and monitor action plans for daily/monthly sales goals.
