Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Specialist in Mifflinburg, PA to connect with customers and identify their wireless needs. You will provide personalized service and promote devices, services, and promotions as part of Russell Cellular’s values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, opportunities for advancement, and a focus on customer care within a well-established Verizon Authorized Retailer network.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills are required.

• Ability to learn wireless products quickly and adapt to a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
