Job summary

Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Specialist in Mill Hall, PA to deliver personalized service and recommend wireless solutions that fit customers’ needs. The base pay is $12.00/hour with uncapped commissions, averaging $17/hour with commission, and opportunities for growth.

You will learn our product offerings, engage with customers, and contribute to store goals while upholding our values of integrity and service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.
• Self-motivated and eager to grow in retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact existing customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular products and demonstrate capabilities.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
