You will participate in store operations, promotions, and community events, with opportunities for growth and uncapped earnings through commission.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to identify customer needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to learn wireless products and services.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell cell phones, tablets, watches and accessories while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for upsell opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular offerings and demonstrate features.
• Support daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash handling.
• Create and monitor action plans to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
