Job summary

AT&T in Fort Worth is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose wireless and connectivity solutions on the sales floor. You’ll use a consultative sales approach, guide customers through options, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

A positive attitude and service mindset are essential. Weekly hours are 40 with shifts 9am-9pm, including weekends; starting pay ranges from $47,000 to $75,000 with hourly

Qualifications

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech to meet customer needs.
