Job summary

Talk4less Wireless in Smithfield, NC is seeking a friendly Wireless Consultant to join our Cricket Wireless Dealer team. This full-time role offers $12.00-$14.00 per hour and a path to advancement through on-the-job coaching and incentives.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, learn promos and policy updates, operate POS systems, and help keep the store clean and welcoming. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Wireless sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Handle paperwork and forms; communicate with management to resolve issues.
• Keep store clean, stock accessories, and maintain displays.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays at various locations.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories.
