Job summary

Talk4less Wireless, an authorized Cricket Wireless Dealer, is seeking ambitious wireless sales representatives in Norristown, PA. This full-time role emphasizes customer service and retention, with base pay plus commissions.

You will greet customers, stay informed on promos and policy updates, handle POS and cash, keep displays current, and work to grow the store’s results in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, POS systems, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, greeting in a friendly and timely manner, creating a positive work environment.
• Proficiency in learning new promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Administrative and operational tasks – filing paperwork, communicating with management to resolve issues.
• Maintains store cleanliness, stocks accessories, and keeps displays current and compliant to corporate standards.
• Uses time management to open/close the store and secure sensitive items.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver outstanding service striving to retain and gain customers.
• Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations.
