RedLion Mobility is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for our busy Litchfield, CT store. The role focuses on engaging customers, presenting wireless and telecom options, and driving sales in a fast-paced in-person setting.

You will upsell and cross-sell to meet sales targets, explain pricing and promotions, and deliver a customer-focused experience. Training, monthly commissions, and advancement opportunities are provided in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18/hour + monthly commission
Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Total Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance

This role is best for someone with customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales. The ideal candidate must be comfortable actively engaging customers, recommending products and services, upselling, cross-selling, and working toward sales and commission goals in a fast-paced retail store environment.

You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect with the essential services above.

• Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

• Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
• Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work in person at the assigned retail store location.

• Must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons. Wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales experience is strongly preferred.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
