Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in Kentucky to connect with customers, assess needs, and provide personalized wireless solutions. You’ll embody Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service while helping communities stay connected with our brand.

You will drive sales, participate in campaigns, and build knowledge of wireless products; the role includes daily store operations and growth opportunities within a Verizon Authorized Retailer.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Motivation to learn, grow and excel.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices along with wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service
• Create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department and community involvement events
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities
• Develop continuous and up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administrative duties
• Develop and monitor action plans for the accomplishment of daily/month sales goals
