Job summary

Russell Cellular is a Verizon Authorized Retailer seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Representative to identify customer needs and deliver personalized wireless solutions. You will build relationships and provide exceptional service, representing our brand values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about wireless products.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular’s products and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management.
• Develop and monitor plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
