Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to learn customers’ needs and provide them with wireless products and services. You will embody our values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service while delivering personalized care to customers and communities we serve.

You will drive sales, participate in marketing campaigns, and support store operations. Looking for self-motivated individuals seeking growth and financial stability in a Verizon Authorized Retailer environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns and community involvement events.
• Contact current customers for upsell opportunities via phone or in person.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Wireless products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to meet daily/monthly sales goals.
