Job summary

TCC Wireless in Westlake, OH is hiring a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative to connect customers with the T-Mobile brand and help them choose plans and devices. You will greet shoppers, explain options, and drive sales in a fast-paced store.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of retail experience, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Base pay plus commission offers earnings up to $20+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and assess their needs.
• Drive monthly revenue through acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues across channels.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and deposits per policy.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with company standards.
• Support service activations, plan changes, upgrades and payments.
