Luna Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate devices, and help them choose plans and accessories while building lasting relationships.

This learning role trains new associates and offers opportunities for advancement, with both full-time and part-time options and a strong focus on customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Passionate customer advocate with desire to connect and have fun doing it.
• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to learn alongside peers and store leaders while serving customers.
• Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve and sell to customers, delivering world-class experiences and building loyalty.
• Demonstrate latest technology and help customers pick up where they left off in-store.
• Provide personalized solutions beyond device and plan with a focus on value.
