This learning role trains new associates on in-store experiences, with opportunities for advancement and a strong emphasis on achieving sales goals through service and relational selling.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
