Job summary

Luna Wireless, an Authorized T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is seeking Retail Sales Representatives to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in a fast-paced store environment. You will be a brand ambassador who energizes customers with demonstrations and facilitates seamless shopping experiences.

This learning role includes new-employee training, ongoing skill development, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Builds proficiency in serving and selling to customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by: helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, exploring needs and providing demonstrations of the latest technology in-store, side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basics, approaching service with integrity and compassion.
Becomes skilled with and uses digital tools to demonstrate coverage, explain plans, complete training, and stay informed about wireless innovations.
Establish relationships across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues, identify small business leads, and support team initiatives.
