Luna Wireless is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join a fast-paced team bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in-store. You will educate customers, demonstrate devices, and build lasting relationships while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Demonstrate the latest technology in-store with hands-on learning.
• Sell personalized solutions including accessories and IoT products.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure a seamless experience.
