Job summary

Mobilelink USA is hiring a Sales Advocate in Wilson, NC. The role focuses on providing exceptional service, identifying customer needs, and delivering tailored wireless solutions at our Cricket Wireless store.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and a positive attitude with basic technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong social media presence is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location required.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build value for customers and represent the Cricket Wireless brand professionally.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; participate in outside events when required.
• Contribute to customer acquisition and community engagement initiatives.
