Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and within 30 minutes of the store location.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to fit individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism.
• Assist store leaders with daily store operations.
• Meet sales goals and KPIs; bonuses may apply.
• Occasionally participate in outside events or promotions on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
