Mobilelink USA LLC is hiring a Sales Advocate to provide outstanding customer service and sell Cricket Wireless solutions in our Oshkosh, WI location. You will help customers find the right plans and devices, represent Cricket with professionalism, and contribute to daily store operations.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and reliability. This role includes evenings, weekends, and holidays with potential bonuses based on performance and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and a positive attitude with basic technology aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leadership with daily store operations and duties.
