Mobilelink USA in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is seeking a Sales Advocate to provide exceptional customer service and tailor wireless solutions for individuals and businesses. The role offers base pay plus commission with growth opportunities within Cricket Wireless.

As a Sales Advocate you will build relationships, meet sales goals, participate in events, and support store operations while representing the Cricket brand with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills- Attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
• A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong Social Media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
