Job summary

Mobilelink USA in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Sales Advocate to join our team. The role offers base salary plus commission with earning potential, training provided, and opportunities for upward mobility within the Cricket Wireless brand.

Key duties include providing exceptional customer service, offering tailored wireless solutions, representing the Cricket brand professionally, and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and professional attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be at least 18 and eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of home store and able to work at multiple locations.
• Able to operate a personal computer.
• Follow Team Color policy and maintain neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
• Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
• Represent our Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
• As part of this role, employees may occasionally be required to participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
