Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a similar retail role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven achievement in prior sales roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail and customer service.
• Ability to travel to locations as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers through the sales process.
• Educate customers on Verizon products and services offered.
• Generate sales to meet and exceed location standards.
• Handle customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager as directed.
• Complete required training and apply learned skills.
