Your Wireless Inc., a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is hiring Retail Sales Associates across multiple states. Join our team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, educate customers on Verizon products, and guide them through the buying process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail sales role.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven track record in sales and customer service.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to locations in your district as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US.

Responsabilités

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards.
• Handling customer situations to fully satisfy needs.
• Assisting Store and Assistant Manager with team tasks.
• Completing all required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Setting an example of professional conduct for employees and others.
• Developing professional skills for advancement opportunities within Your Wireless.
