Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative in the United States. You will combine customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills to help customers choose the best wireless solutions and stay connected.

Qualifications

Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service for devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
Assist customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
Maintain knowledge of wireless products, services, and promotions through training.
Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
